@CostaCoffee very disappointed to find the toastie I purchased on the way to work was not ham and cheese as I ordered and even worse MOULDY. Unfortunately I didn’t discover this till after I took a bite. This is not great service from you Costa

@Morrisons I went to Morrison’s in Sutton today. The staff were fantastic. They were very well organised, making sure queues were orderly and everyone had enough safe space to do their shopping. Very helpful and the shop was fully stocked. I saw NHS staff being prioritised too.

@Primark Merry Christmas lovely people of Primark. This year I am volunteering with @crisis_uk. I was wondering, maybe if you have lots of gloves 🧤 hats and scarfs left in stock you could donate some of them to homeless people to keep them warm this winter.

@bonusprint I am not a happy customer. Why when I made an order 2 weeks ago in November has is not even been processed yet? You should warn of excess processing times prior to orders being accepting as you are duping your customers. Apparently it will now take a month in total!
