No soft fork, hard fork, or consensus change.

-> On Aug. 26, StarkWare announced the First Quantum-safe BTC transaction confirmed on mainnet

-> Included in Bitcoin Block 964,199

-> Used Quantum Safe Bitcoin (QSB) Method

-> Only 10,000 sats were used for the test.

-> Used hash-based cryptography to protect against future quantum attacks.

But this does NOT make all Bitcoin Quantum-safe yet

QSB is still experimental, expensive, and requires coins to be specifically moved into the quantum-safe setup.
