I believe in the power of love & connection. I am learning & growing so that I can bring more people into wellness thru my business and beyond my studio walls.
Irrespective of whether we have faith in religion or not, it’s good to be more compassionate. It makes us happier as individuals with a positive influence on our families and the neighborhood where we live.
A deep awareness of the goodness of human beings, that they are essentially kind, helpful, and gentle, can give us courage and hope. On a personal level too, such a vision of our basic nature can help promote a greater sense of well-being and connectedness with others.
My stay-at-home to-do list:
-Appreciate that I have a place to stay inside
-Be patient with the people around me who may feel frustrated, antsy, or scared
-Focus on the things I can control
-Take care of myself physically, mentally, and emotionally...
This is a fun afternoon. Come for one part or all three! Starting with a Sound Bath followed by a Gentle yoga class and ending with Yoga Nidra☺️ https://t.co/mIMTz3ROIN
