Please respond to the consultation on the radical parish reorganisation planned for Kerrier Deanery before 15 Sept. The unfeasible plan would mean a giant benefice of 23 churches with just 2 clergy.

Somewhat to my surprise, General Synod has just voted to return the funding of parishes to the top of the Church of England’s spending priorities. In a difficult synod this is really good news, and will have a real impact on the ground.
