@Delta no sense getting someone to their destination on time when you make them wait four hours for their suitcase, tell them it’s a federal offence to leave the airport without their suitcase, and then tell them never mind we can’t find it, file a claim and be on your way!

Does that $25 credit after 16 hours without power count for every 16 hour period? No? Didn’t think so
