Relaxing on that and allowing myself to just enjoy life results in me trying to control the actions of the people in my life. And when things get too out of control, I beat myself up and don’t leave my bed. It’s a ridiculous cycle.

I think my biggest flaw is needing everything in life to make logical sense. But life has no answers for us. Some things just are.
You can’t always say “this happened Bc of x/y/z”. There’s not always someone or something to blame.

Either I let myself have freedom or I let those around me have freedom. The balance hasn’t been found. Micromanaging myself comes in the form of meal planning and strict scheduling.
