Good morning, friend! It is Thursday, July 30, 2026. With the extreme heat we are experiencing, is there someone you could check on or help today?

PASSAGE

“As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.” Galatians 6:10, KJV

PRINCIPLE

God gives us opportunities to show His love through simple acts of kindness. During these very hot days, we should watch for those who may need a cold drink, a cool place to rest, or someone to check on them.

PRACTICE

Look out for your family, neighbors, church family, and those working outside. A phone call, a bottle of water, or a helping hand may mean more than you know. Let us help one another stay safe in this heat.

PASSAGE CONTEXT

Paul encouraged believers not to grow tired of doing good. God places people in our path for a reason. When we see a need and have the opportunity to help, we should gladly do what we can.

Good morning, friend! It is Wednesday, July 29, 2026. With the summer heat and the pressures of our troubled times, could your heart use a time of refreshing?

PASSAGE

“Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;”
Acts 3:19, KJV

PRINCIPLE

The heat can drain our bodies, and the burdens of life can drain our hearts. We may feel tired, worried, or worn down by everything happening around us.
God reminds us that true refreshing comes from knowing Him personally and His presence. The Lord can renew our strength, calm our fears, and give us fresh hope for the road ahead.

PRACTICE

Take time today to know Him personally and draw close to the Lord. Pray, read His Word, and bring your burdens to Him.

Tonight, come to Mid-week Bible Study ready to hear from God. Time in His Word and fellowship with His people can refresh a tired heart.

PASSAGE CONTEXT
Peter called the people to turn from sin and turn to God. Forgiveness and spiritual refreshing are found in a right relationship with the Lord.

The world may leave us tired, but God’s presence can make us strong again. Let the Lord refresh your heart today!

Good morning, friend! It is Tuesday, July 28, 2026. What kind of attitude will you carry into this day?

PASSAGE

“I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”
Philippians 4:13, KJV
PRINCIPLE

A right attitude begins with the right source of strength. Paul did not say he could face life because he was strong. His confidence was grounded in Christ.

Our confidence should not be in our ability, experience, or strength. It should be in the Lord who gives us the strength to do what He has placed before us.

PRACTICE

Begin today by asking Christ to strengthen you. Meet your duties with faith instead of fear. You may not be able to do everything, but through Christ, you can do everything God wants you to do today.

PASSAGE CONTEXT

Paul had learned to be content in both good times and difficult times. His confidence did not rest in easy circumstances. It rested in Christ.

Whatever this Tuesday brings, you do not have to face it alone. Let Christ strengthen your heart and guide your attitude today!

Good morning, friend! It is Monday, July 27, 2026! Will the world around you control your spiritual temperature today?

PASSAGE

“And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” Romans 12:2, KJV

PRINCIPLE

A thermometer only reflects the temperature around it. A thermostat helps set the temperature.

God does not want the world to control our thoughts, attitude, or faith. He wants to renew our minds through His Word.

When we focus on God, we can bring faith, hope, and encouragement wherever we go.

PRACTICE

Do not let the world set your spiritual temperature today. Be a thermostat, not a thermometer!

Set your mind on God. Ask Him to guide your steps. Focus on His plan instead of the problems around you.

You may not control everything that happens today, but you can choose what controls your mind.

PASSAGE CONTEXT

Paul taught believers not to follow the world’s way of thinking. God renews our minds so we can know and follow His perfect will.

Keep looking up, friend! God has a good plan for your day.

Good morning, friend! It is Saturday, July 25, 2026. Have you ever felt like God was finished with you or that your life was no longer making a difference for Christ?

PASSAGE
“The LORD will perfect that which concerneth me: thy mercy, O LORD, endureth for ever: forsake not the works of thine own hands.” Psalm 138:8, KJV

PRINCIPLE
Sometimes the Devil wants us to think God is finished with us, but God is not finished with us until we draw our final breath on Earth. The Devil wants us to believe that our prayers do not matter, our service is not helping, and our faithfulness is making no difference.

But that is not what God says.
God told David this truth, “The LORD will perfect that which concerneth me.” God was still working in David’s life, and know this, God is still working in yours.

In all of our lives, we may not always see the results right away, but faithfulness always makes a difference. Every prayer matters. Every kind word matters. Every time you serve, encourage someone, share your faith, or simply keep going, it matters to God.

PRACTICE
Do not let discouragement convince you to quit.
Keep praying. Keep serving. Keep showing up. Keep doing what is right.

You may feel unnoticed, but God sees you. You may feel weary, but God can strengthen you. You may wonder whether your life is making a difference, but faithfulness in the hands of God is never wasted.
The Devil wants you to focus on what you cannot see. Faith wants you to keep trusting the God who is still at work.

PASSAGE CONTEXT
Psalm 138 is a psalm of David. David praised God for hearing his prayers and giving him strength.
David had faced trouble, opposition, and many hard seasons. Yet he believed God had not abandoned him. He trusted that God would continue His work and fulfill His purpose.

That same truth is still good for us today.
God is not finished with you. Stay faithful, because faithfulness always makes a difference.

Reconciliation means bringing two sides back together after sin or hurt has separated them.

Good morning, friend! It is Thursday, July 23, 2026. Who might see Jesus more clearly today because you stopped long enough to notice their struggle?

PASSAGE

“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.”
Matthew 5:16, KJV
PRINCIPLE

People all around us are carrying burdens we may not see.

Some are discouraged.
Some are lonely.
Some are hurting.
Some are struggling just to make it through the day.

Unsaved people need to see the love of Christ in us. Our kindness, patience, compassion, and willingness to help can open a door for them to see that Jesus makes a difference.
Good works do not save anyone, but they can point someone toward the Saviour.
PRACTICE
Look around you today.

Notice the person who seems overwhelmed. Encourage someone who is discouraged. Help carry a burden. Listen without rushing. Pray with someone who is hurting.

Then, when God opens the door, be ready to tell them why you care. Tell them about the love of Christ and the salvation He freely gives.

Do not only tell people that Jesus loves them. Let them see His love through you.

PASSAGE CONTEXT

Jesus taught His disciples that they were the light of the world. Light is not meant to be hidden. It is meant to shine where people can see it.

When believers live with compassion and do good in the name of Christ, others can see something different in their lives and be pointed toward God.

Someone may be watching your life today. Let them see Jesus.

Good morning, friend! It is Wednesday, July 22, 2026. What burden are you carrying today that God has already invited you to place in His hands?

PASSAGE
“Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.”
1 Peter 5:7, KJV

PRINCIPLE
God does not ask His children to carry their burdens alone.
Not some of your care.
Not only the big care.
Not only the spiritual care.
All your care.

God cares about your family. He cares about your work. He cares about your bills, decisions, health, responsibilities, and the burdens that weigh upon your heart.

The problem is often not that we ask God for too much. The problem is that we ask too little and worry too much.

PRACTICE
Name your cares before God today.
Tell Him exactly what is troubling you. Ask for His help, and then leave those burdens in His hands. Every time worry returns, turn it back into prayer.
You may not know how everything will work out, but you can rest in this truth: God cares for you.

PASSAGE CONTEXT
Peter wrote to believers who were facing hardship and pressure. He told them to humble themselves under God’s mighty hand and cast every care upon Him.
We can release our burdens because God is strong enough to carry them and loving enough to care about us.
Prayer is not a speech to impress God. Prayer is a child depending upon the Father.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT BIBLE STUDY- 7 PM - How much of today have you tried to carry without first bringing it to God?

Jesus taught us to pray: “Give us day by day our daily bread.” — Luke 11:3, KJV

God is not bothered when His children come to Him with needs. He invites us to ask, trust, and depend upon Him one day at a time.

He cares about the big burdens, but He also cares about the common needs of everyday life—the family, the bills, the decisions, the work, and the strength needed for today.

Good morning, friend! It is Tuesday, July 21, 2026. Are you trying to carry the whole week before you have even finished today?

PASSAGE

“Give us day by day our daily bread.” Luke 11:3, KJV

PRINCIPLE

Jesus teaches us to depend upon God one day at a time.

We like to know the whole plan. We want to see how everything will work out. We want to feel secure about tomorrow.

But God gives us grace for today.

We need His wisdom today.
We need His strength today.
We need His mercy today.
We need His help today.

God may not show us everything about tomorrow, but He will be faithful today.

PRACTICE

Bring today’s needs to God.
Ask Him for the strength, wisdom, provision, and direction you need for the day in front of you. Do not carry tomorrow’s burden with today’s strength.

Take life one day at a time, and trust God to provide what you need when you need it.

PASSAGE CONTEXT

Jesus was teaching His disciples how to pray. After teaching them to begin with the Father, honor His name, and seek His will, He taught them to ask for daily bread.

Prayer reminds us that everything we have comes from God. It brings us back to the Father again and again, teaching us to trust Him day by day.

Good morning, friend! It is Monday, July 20, 2026. Are you looking at this new week and wondering how you will find the strength and direction to accomplish everything before you?

PASSAGE

“It is God that girdeth me with strength, and maketh my way perfect.” Psalm 18:32, KJV

PRINCIPLE

You do not have to face this week in your own strength.

God knows every responsibility, decision, burden, and task ahead of you. He can give you the strength you need and direct your steps in the right way.

Our confidence is not in how strong we feel. Our confidence is in the God who strengthens us.

PRACTICE

Before you begin rushing into the week, stop and give it to God.

Ask Him to guide your decisions, order your steps, and give you strength for each task. Then move forward faithfully, doing the next right thing He has placed before you.

You may not have strength for the whole week today, but God will give you strength for today.

PASSAGE CONTEXT

David wrote Psalm 18 as a song of praise after God delivered him from his enemies. David knew that his victories did not come from his own ability. God had strengthened him, protected him, and directed his path.

The same God who helped David is ready to help you. Go into this week depending upon His direction and walking in His strength.
