A federal judge just issued a restraining order barring DHS from using riot-control weapons on members of the press, protesters, or religious practitioners who aren’t posing an immediate threat to anyone’s safety.

In plain English: ICE agents can no longer walk up to people filming and spray chemical irritants directly in their faces (like they did in this video)… which should have been obvious, but it’s exactly what’s been happening.
