@EvoShield can someone respond back to me. I placed an order on 11.20.21. I call everyday no answer. On hold over an hour. Sent emails and no response back even though it says a 24 hour response time. It was a Christmas gift for my son. Maybe I’ll get it by this Christmas?!?!

@USAA I was in an auto accident- not at fault- and it took you 7 days to release funds to the collision center and wouldn’t approve the car rental for the days pending payment. So I was charged for the rental! Great company you sure are.

@Marriott We stayed at Chicago Marriott downtown. They charged us $70 per occurrence to valet park when we were told it was per day as well as your website says per day. Customer care REFUSES to help! $70 on our last day plus and $70 to get our car to leave! Really?
