Chap24 Cont. of the prev tweet, I think the one sending Hester gifts is Pearl. I believe she is well to do since she did get the money and she should have a family of her own meaning she cannot live with her mom. However she sends her gifts because of their close bond #FlynnSl

Chapter 24- Okay so Chilly no longer has reason so he dies a year later. It is kinda sweet he leaves his stuff to Pearl tho kinda showing she was an innocent child in this whole situation. Pearl and Hester disappear but someone is taking care of Hester #Flynnsl

Chapter 24- How are people still tryna deny that Dimmesdale is the father. Obviously, these civilians might not know everything that we do as the reader but there are so many obvious signs. Pearl runs up to Dimmesdale at the scaffold and wants Hester to come with. #FlynnSL

Chapter 24- It's crazy that there isnt a definite ending to this. Me personally, I enjoy the story where he etched in an A himself into his skin. He could not handle all the guilt and definitely could not handle Hester going through it alone. #FlynnSL

Chapter 23- Honestly, this "ending" (Kinda) is pretty special just because it tells the reader in order to move on or continue, you need to embrace or recognize your faults. You cannot hide them away because they will linger in your mind and you will never be at peace #FlynnSL

Chapter 23- It is pretty epic how Dimmesdale goes out. I also really enjoyed the part where he throws Chillingworth under the bus by saying he is a sinner too but in all honesty, the entire community is a big sin because they judge EVERYDAY #FlynnSL

Chapter 23- Why would Chillingworth tell Dimmesdale to get rid of Hester and Pearl. Isn't he seeking revenge on Dimmesdale and him only since he already told Hester that he forgives her? Maybe he realizes the only way to get to Dimmesdale is through affecting his family #FlynnSL

Chapter 23- Once again ironic how Dimmesdale is going HAM on his sermon about God's relation to human communities when you see there is more sin than holiness in this PURITAN society. #FlynnSL

Chap22- Even though the witch lady came out of nowhere, I think what she's saying is important. The Devil will make you aware of your sins if you wear it like Hester or it is marked on your body like possibly Dimmesdale. That is probably why he sick, maybe the Devil? #FlynnSL

Chapter 22- Not sure if it's a great idea for the adulteress and the town witch to be conversing in public. People are already fearful of both of them separately. Could you imagine the horror if they actually conversed #FLynnSl.

Chapter 22- Even though she young, my girl Pearl is probably the smartest out of the main characters. She notices Dimmesdale's behavior and that he is acting completely different from when he kissed her to now. Something is pretty shady. #FlynnSL

Chapter 21- It is so ironic that during such a grand time in this dim community, the commander of the ship has to give bad news. Obviously, we all know Chilly Willy is gonna join them on their voyage but I wonder what would go down with all 4 of em on such a small space #FlynnSl

Chapter 21- Honestly I love the connection that Pearl and Hester have even if Pearl can be a brat sometimes, she knows her mom and realizes when something is different or off that others can't. Like that look of freedom. other people won't look twice but Pearl notices #FlynnSL

Chapter 20- How crazy would it be if all of a sudden this turns into a mystery story and it's like a hunt to figure out if Dimmesdale sold his soul to the Devil or not. Like there is a lot of evidence to prove that he did, especially that creepy witch lady. #FlynnSL

Chapter 20- For real I don't understand Dimmesdale right now. He spent 7 YEARS keeping this a secret and now since the family is back together, it's like he doesn't know how to act. He is so tempted to just blurt anything out and was kinda rude to that new girl #FlynnSL

Chap19- I do not understand the purpose of Hester taking the A off to then put it back. I guess in order to go out in the community without looking "suspicious" is why but still, I thought she was confident in her new found self and realized the A does not define her #FlynnSL

Chap19-I think when Hester feels distant from her daughter is very important. Their entire life with each other has just been them with each other since they were so isolated, but now added someone into their circle probably makes them feel more isolated than anything #FLynnSL

Chapter 19- I get this is supposed to be a touching family moment but I'm sorry I would be creeped if I woke up and seeing my parents looking over me saying I look like a fairy #FlynnSL
