@madebygoogle Managed to play music from Amazon Music app via both first and second generation google home nest devices. All works.

@madebygoogle It’s a domestic dual band router from BT. The devices are split between the bands just now, hard to tell which models are which. This is how looks to the router. Distance is about 5 metres.

@madebygoogle The general deterioration in performance of all google home devices suggests that they are not well supported by Google at all and are now a waste of money. Better buy something with Alexa? 3/3

@madebygoogle .. high frequency of not responding to voice commands, or saying something went wrong, or saying cannot do that right now. I bought version 2 models a couple weeks ago in the hope that they would be better, but they are not any better.
