I had to fight a literal robot for days while a 30-day deletion clock ticked down. I barely managed to force a timestamped ticket (#185310448) into the database 20 minutes before the cutoff. I need a HUMAN supervisor to manually pull this log and fix this glitch.

@Roblox your moderation & support system is a complete nightmare. My account (Robloxuser_39389273) was falsely flagged under a 'Child Safety' tag after a security compromise. Instead of offering a real way to appeal, your platform trapped me in a loop.

Your emails said I MUST appeal via the portal. But there was NO actual appeal button on the page. Clicking "Report a mistake" just opened a broken AI chatbot that gave generic password links and auto-ended the chat every single time. It's a completely broken loop.

They really have the worst AI moderation most likely in the gaming platform and they refuse to fix it, and the appeals won’t even get through all the way they’ll just provide you with a message like this claiming you didn’t use the right “portal”

On top of that, people that are getting banned for being linked to an account has to wait till the account that is originally banned has successfully appealed for you to appeal fully as well or else they’ll just auto reject you
