For those confused what a provisional seizure is, it basically means the assets they mentioned are frozen. This doesn’t mean SM “owns” them but CBX can’t do any changes with these assets until the court issues it’s final decision. It also doesn’t mean SM “automatically” gets them if the court rules against CBX, the court can give CBX an option to pay their “debts” through cash.
