#dandarostreets High Court Justice Phillipa Phillips has awarded Caecilia Nyamutswa 100% of the Colne Valley home, 60% of the Vainona property and a 12-acre Shamva plot after finding that she paid the mortgages during her husband’s eight years of unemployment.

Her husband, Cosmas Nyamutswa, will retain his Cessna aircraft, boats, fishing equipment, firearms and book royalties, along with 40% of the Vainona property. The court ruled that a 50-50 split was not appropriate, while recognising his indirect contribution as a house-husband.

The court also dismissed his request for post-divorce medical aid and ruled that Caecilia is not responsible for university fees for their three adult children, officially bringing the marriage to an end.

I feel like the City game showed that Arbeloa’s Madrid are much more comfortable when they don’t have to control the game. Against teams like City, who dominate possession, Madrid can sit deep in a low block, stay compact, and just wait for transitions. That’s exactly the kind of game Arbeloa wants.

But Bayern can be different kind of problem. If Madrid choose to drop into a low block again, i don't think they will be able to sustain the pressure of Bayern's attacking quality for long periods.

On the other hand, trying to press Bayern higher isn’t a real solution either. Bayern are extremely strong in build-up under pressure, so if Madrid push up, they risk getting played through even more easily.

On top of that you have the comeback of Mbappe to the XI who does make them more dangerous in transitions, but at the same time he reduces their defensive intensity off the ball, making it even harder to either sustain a deep block for long periods or to press effectively as a team.

So tactically, it feels like Bayern have the upper hand in both scenarios, the only way i can see Madrid winning this tie is through efficiency, basically score from limited chances and hope Bayern are wasteful.

Because over two legs, in terms of control and chance creation, it’s very hard to see Madrid coming out on top.
