Why doesn't the Article 3 of Human Right Acts protect those people who suffer from torment each day, every moment of their life passes in a disgraceful way while an inhuman conducts are prohibited by prestigious laws.
To whom should the poor people call for peace and justice?

In smallest and tiny places which can't be seen on the map of the world, the school he attends, the company he works in, the country where he resides, the farm where farmers work day and night.
