Since I moved in 10 years ago it has increased over 300%. Is that in line with the cost of living and inflation increases? Hardly!

An INCREASE of £1,371.63 in one year. Service charge is now nearly £4k for ONE flat in a 1930s council block in Clapton. Services they 'provide' include lift maintenance. Ask me about all the correspondence I have about the lift being broken down again and again. @hackneycouncil
