@brian_horton4@LutonTownExile I couldn't believe how good he still was in his early 40's when he was first team coach at City. Still the best crosser at the club and considering we had Peter Beagrie and Nicky Summerbee on either side that was some accolade. You genuinely couldn't tell what footed Mossy was 🩵

Just been told about the passing of 'Skip' Tony Book and gutted to hear the sad news. He had such an influence on so many of us that came through the ranks at City and I will never forget what he did for me personally. An absolute City legend 🩵😔
Dominated first 15/20 mins then after going 2-1 down didn't do enough to win it but kept going! Needed more shots and crosses as believe it or not for the first 100 + years of football that's how goals are scored 🩵🤣🤣
@ManCityFPA Many of the players that came through the club at that time owe a massive debt of gratitude to Skip and Glyn Pardoe for not only passing their fantastic football knowledge but also influencing us as men and how to conduct ourselves 🩵
Ladies and Gents. Let's not get mad/angry about what has been another brilliant season. Poor performance today and too many players off colour but let's remember what the last 12 years have brought. Gutted to lose to them of all people but been another amazing year 🩵
