@TLRailUK day 2 of your ‘last chance fortnight’ and I was unable to board the 7.44 at HIT due to overcrowding. Onboard the next service, which is horrifically overcrowded to the point of where no-one else can board and someone nearly fell out when the door was opened. Bravo! 👏🏼

@TLRailUK currently crammed onto the 7.41 from HIT to FPK. Absolute disgrace expecting us to pack onto a service like livestock. Is this now the expectation for the foreseeable future?! Is compensation available for being treated with total disregard and no dignity or respect?!
