This is now the second straight week that an NFL head coach said he warned officials pregame about what they should expect in game:

🏈Packers’ HC Matt LaFleur said he informed officials last week that they would prefer to defer if they won the coin toss, which ultimately saved the team after Jaire Alexander told officials otherwise.

🏈Lions’ HC Dan Campbell said he informed officials pregame last night that No. 68, Taylor Decker, would report as eligible in a potential trick play for the game. “I explain everything pregame to a T,” Campbell said. “I did that.”
