@Dell has the absolute worst customer service ever. They basically confirmed today they just limp their faulty computers along with crappy repairs until the warranty is up and then you’re SOL.
@Dell is the aboslute worst. They "fixed" my brand new computer twice and was told if last fix didn't work they would replace. Nope, now they want to replace literally everything inside instead of replacing. I have wasted hours dealing with this for the last 5 months. Horrible.
@DellCares I've already got an escalated open ticket with your crappy customer service. What I really need is a replacement laptop for this lemon you sold me.
@Dell has the absolute worst customer service ever. My laptop that I bought in July has spent more time not working and at their repair facility than I've actually used it. They've replaced the same parts twice and still won't admit it's lemon and replace it.
