Once helped a brand go from just posting everyday because they have to, to making sales just by fixing their bio and telling a better story with their content.
Emotional positioning > hustle posting.
One gag is competing with a business that isn’t on social media and it’s their customers that bring them online.
See item 7 for example.
Your strategy can’t be to just be consistent and show up. You have to market the experience and emotion.
You have to do more 👍🏾
Tip for today:
Don’t ever be too desperate or afraid to say “I’m sorry, I’m not the right fit for what you want. I don’t work like this”.
Save your self from the maybes and pouring into baskets that can’t hold your value. Jobs. Relationships. Anything.
And then there’s the HR who should e protecting the rights and interest of the creative he hired but instead has decided to be quiet about it all.
Well done @bsong_pm
Imagine me having a page that calls out brand for things like and a brand thinks I’m the right person to play with 😂😂
If I let the money go, I will make sure other creatives know what kind of a person @aladimma_ is and the rubbish he’s doing in the name of running a business
Whether you’re a freelancer or working for a company, the highest chance of people not recognizing your full worry and value is very high. Many times they will try to undervalue you.

I have mixed feelings about this.
Did this once and it literally changed my life, I got to work with @AyodejiM_ and it was the start of something good.
I really think it's a test of communication skills but I am open to counter argument.
@Locaproductlady@AyodejiM_ Yeah there are not always a bad thing but you need to be able to be properly discerning.
A job is either paying you well, helping you brush up your skills or connecting you with people you would naturally be unlikely to meet.
If it’s neither, IMO, it’s a total waste
