@thetimes just found out that because I was unable to request my cancellation for my subscription in the correct time frame due to personal issues, I won’t be getting a refund….. shocking customer service and definitely won’t be a customer of yours anymore. Disgusting!

@FedExHelpEU package was supposed to be signed for, however the driver rang the doorbell and was literally going to just leave my package worth £1,600 at my back door, luckily my partner got to the driver in time and could take it inside. Please explain why?
