@sharperfrontier Thanks for the feedback Sam and sorry if the post was a bit frustrating. I'm writing to help make it easier to navigate all the spiritual content out there. There's more depth in the LinkedIn essay I linked to and will be more still in future essays.
I haven't posted here in a long time. Coming back with something that matters to me.
Two years ago a bolt of energy exploded from the top of my head on a retreat in the Welsh Valleys. I've spent every day since making sense of it. Here's what I've found.
I've written this up more fully in a longer piece. If you've ever had a moment where you glimpsed something beyond your everyday self and struggled with the path forward, it might resonate.

One other thing: dealing with past traumas and subconscious patterns can be just as important as the spiritual practices themselves. When I get wound up, my mind gets noisy and my spirituality moves further away. Being mindful of that changed how I live day to day.
I'm excited to share the first essay I've written in a little while - it's about training our subconscious. I was inspired by Josh Waitzkin's book "The Art of Learning"
I hope Josh's work touches you as it has touched me. I'd love to hear your thoughts.

I'm very pleased to see our deal with Molten finally completed. It's taken a while! We had our first day in our new offices today. Everyone was super welcoming, and it's great to be back to the day job of working with founders to build great companies.
We are thrilled to announce that Molten has completed our acquisition of Forward Partners, adding 40+ disruptive tech companies to our portfolio.

Cultivating the mindset of adopting mindsets is a way to train our servant minds.
7/ I woke up this morning with this thought in my head. They may be old hat, I don’t know, but I felt compelled to get them in writing and out there. I think and hope there might be a grain of originality here and asking for comment is a way to test.
Hey folks - a podcast I did a couple of weeks back with my old friend Dom Monkhouse. We covered a lot of interesting ground, including how at Forward we make our assessments of startups. I hope you enjoy it :)
