. @vrbo I’ve rented a house in Crystal beach Texas. Owners were here at checkin&were making food. They took an hour&half to leave and cussed us out. The house is disgusting&i am immunocomprimised & on chemo. I can’t stay here with my elderly parents and 4 children.

. @vrbo oh and fun fact they took the keys with them. Your customer service basically just told me tough luck. They told me they would try and get the owner to refund me something at some later date. Wouldn’t allow me to talk to a supervisor.
