@FedEx now claims that, "the Shipper requested to have this package sent back." No one at the shipper has any record of this request. @FedEx cannot provide any documentation of who made this request. It seems that no one at #FedEx is interested in helping me get my package.

@FedEx is giving me miserable service. A critical package was sent to me overnight on Thursday, but it wasn't delivered on Friday. On Saturday, it was marked "undeliverable" and returned, but no one can tell me why. I've had many discussions with @FedEx, but no one who will help.
