@Lowes When doing a special order and they screwed up twice, Lowes likes to blame the manufacturer. Lowes doesn't like to follow up with the manufacturer to make sure it doesn't happen again. TRY HOME DEPOT.

@Lowes Store in Myrtle Beach, number 1004. The assistant manager is named Chris. He hung up on me cuz I used the f word because Lowe's scooted up twice and my floors are ruined. So this should be the information. If you call him, he'll know who it is

@Lowes Chris from store Myrtle Beach store number 1004 would try to diffuse the situation. He kept on blaming the manufacture and I said to him I ordered it through Lowe's not the manufacturer. Why wouldn't someone follow up from those to make sure it doesn't happen again?

@Lowes well the insistent manager hung up again cuz I said to him. I retired very early in my life and I know he'll be working till he's 65. He blames the manufacturer I order from Lowe's. Lowe's is supposed to handle it but now my floors are ruined from last installation.

@Lowes Lowes screwed up before and screwed me again. Lowes cant order sliding doors correctly. I called the assistant manager and yes I used the F word, he hung up on me. Your delays cost me more because I had to cancel other construction. BTW, my floor has been torn up for wks

@ChoiceWarranty This company has the worst system to call into. Three times I had to call in. I give my number for a call back and no one was talking from choice. Now I have a claim number, but the system didn't say someone would call me.
