@virginmedia You should be able to see (1) how many times I've called (2) how many times support has disconnected me (3) how long the issue has been open - since 19 Nov (4) that I was asked to purchase a new handset which did not resolve it (5) that 2 engineer visits have not resolved it.
@virginmedia Please check your internal case number F011083126. I also expect a credit based upon OFCOM regulations for service that has not worked for 48 hours.
