Today, we're thrilled to announce another "first"! 🌟 Chiara del Vecchio, our exceptional third engineer on #SunPrincess, has been named the madrina of #StarPrincess, our newest Sphere Class ship debuting in 2025. She is the first member of our technical team to hold this esteemed role.

As a madrina, Chiara will uphold a time-honored maritime tradition later this month by smashing the ceremonial bottle of champagne during Star Princess' float-out at the Fincantieri shipyard in Monfalcone, Italy, symbolizing good fortune and safe travels for everyone on board. 🍾

Congratulations, Chiara! We're honored to have you make history with us. 🌊
