However, at least we get a definition that isn’t subjective/as open to interpretation.

@RalphyHeraldSun IMO when shouldn’t be the issue. Either do it or don’t. A goal in the first 5 minutes. Or with 6 minutes to go is just as important and one with 5 minutes to go. Change the rule to last possession instead of some basketball ball like whose foot did it touch last.
