Two faces of Oxalate Nephropathy this week. Top-Moderate calcium oxalate crystals with ATN in a obese patient; Lower-massive accumulation of oxalate crystals with severe interstitial inflammation and scarring in a patient with hyperoxaluria due to AXGT mutation. Both led to ESRD.
