This is unacceptable since it was a mistake on @amazon end and not mine. It’s unfortunate that I just now noticed this, but I should be receiving the refund that I was guaranteed. Can someone please help me with this?

Hi @amazon I was guaranteed a refund on an item that I never received & am sadly just now realizing that the refund was also not received yet. I was told on the phone by customer service that it’s no longer possible to receive the refund because it’s just past the 30 day mark.

On Sunday Adam threw me the most magical surprise birthday party ever, I felt like I was really in the Shire 🥹 Still can’t believe this was real. It even featured a cameo from Pippin himself, @BillyBoydActor!!! This day surpassed anything I could ever dream of, I’m so grateful
