@aimee_bachand@WestJet Yes I have! Sad because many can’t afford to replace items and wait months for reimbursement. Have waited around YXE for a week, but now have to drive back to BC (home) with my spouse. Hope they redirect my luggage. At this point I just want to get it… whenever that may be.
@flameymoon@watersalsa@WestJet Wow that is terrible! I’m sorry you’re experiencing this too. Best of luck getting them! Hopefully we get the compensation we are entitled to. It’s sad because many cant upfront the costs of replacing items or waiting months for reimbursement. Especially around the holidays.
@GreenAislynn@WestJet Let me know if you hear anything! I hope you get your bags soon. They let me go through the baggage rooms at YXE, I saw a ton arriving from Calgary up until December 27 flights. Nothing from Pearson. Hopefully they are moving.
