@AmericanAir 1/2 I have been a loyal card member since ‘17 & I’m horrified with my experience. I had a reservation on hold, bought the miles needed, then you cancel my reservation & say that I still need to buy more? I bought 3000 miles to bring my total to 31977 to redeem 31500
