The Earth was fully stocked: water to drink, soil to grow food, forests to shelter us, a sun that rises every day, a moon that moves water, and oceans that regulate the climate. Then, men invented war, debt and capitalism.
Anyone who's never experienced a heatwave in the UK thinks we're over reacting when we say how hot it is. It's not the same as other countries. The humidity is high and our houses are designed to keep the heat in. Our houses basically become air fryers and we don't have air con.
Honestly, I really don't know how rich people end up committing crimes. If I had just $500K, I would live so peacefully, mind my own business, take walks, wear my little outfits, read books, and just feed birds.

Raising a child is one of the biggest responsibilities a person can take on.
Dear Young Adults,
You can leave.

You can go.

Advice I got from my therapist today; If your mental health is starting to affect your physical health. Treat yourself like you're sick. Minimum of 24hrs to yourself. Nap as much as you can. Drink plenty of liquids. Catch up on movies you've wanted to watch. The world can wait.
