@DarioIacona @gessisaccgmail1 @altemaree Ti dirò io sono nata quando i miei non erano sposati ed entrambi hanno dovuto riconoscermi (la legge era diversa), mio fratello è nato dopo il matrimonio ed è stato automatico. Non cambia niente. Credo che sia questione di responsabilità individuale e genitoriale.

@DarioIacona @gessisaccgmail1 @altemaree Non è che se c'è l'istituto morale del matrimonio si tutelano i figli dal comportamento da stronzo del padre. Mi dispiace per le beghe di tua cugina, ma probabilmente questo si sarebbe comportato alla stessa maniera anche con la cerimonia.

@sariceratopo @altemaree Per tutelarsi uno può fare una scrittura privata presso un avvocato, senza doversi sposare.
Ci vorrebbe un istituto giuridico più semplice per tutelare le coppie conviventi che sono la maggioranza.

Non riconoscere come performante il matrimonio nel sviluppo personale o come accrescita all'interno della coppia, per motivi di storia personale, politici etc
