@cenanulker I do have no idea what the app is about but I have few opinions.
1.who recommends 25-30 minutes ok, there is no social proof imo
2. If they adjust it sometimes (like Saturday 30m Sunday 20m) you must led them to able to do it. they want to decrease one day another

@heyirfanaziz imo, it depends on what did we use before. B could be ok if I have used my keyboard for any interaction just before. But if I used my mouse, it has to be A. When even cognitive effort is so important, this physical change will trigger it.
