@VerizonSupport Yahoosmallbiz failed to provide us biz mail service in China from 28Feb2022 but collected payment in full in Mar and April 2022. This is big corporation fault! Yahoosmallbiz should refund and compensate our loss.

@VerizonSupport we are unhappy with your service. complaint & request for refund as verizon failed to delivered the agreed service plan since 28Feb 2022! we were told on 4th May that someone senior would follow up but totally ignorance till now!!!

@VerizonSupport Customer care team heard our request since 19th April. Today we requested escalation by phone. We were told that senior representatives would phone back for solution by HK time 10PM 4th May 2022. Nothing happened by now! No point we use the link again & again!!
