More scanners is the easy part!
What we need is better pay for the existing radiographer and radiologist workforce to ensure retention AND lots more radiographers and radiologists.
Without more staff, more scanners would be useless!

As a hospital consultant who wishes to support junior colleagues I think it’s vital that you win your battle for fair pay. This means that your industrial action has to be impactful. 4 days after the Easter weekend is impactful. Stick together don’t have doubts.
