@libsoftiktok Its so sad to be a parent and have no control over whether or not your child gets education while teachers choose to walk out for protests or other political causes. Ultimately, its the kids who suffer for these decisions.
FL is leading the way on what will likely be the next step for most red states in order to defend against artificial boosting of voting power from blue states. Everyone knows you can't just let one state take the advantage while others sit and watch. Good on DeSantis for taking the leap.
@nicksortor@GrageDustin MN is bent on simply ignoring those who criticize their policies, even if that means sending taxpayer $ towards fraudulent entities. That said, it serves the Democrats to continue funding these entities as it gets them the votes they need to keep fleecing the public.
These tariffs are killing the American consumer - we are already seeing the fallout as taxpayers are being forced to pay for them AGAIN as companies sue the government for repayment. These policies don't help anyone in America and we need to be more reflective of their past failures.
@elonmusk No surprises given how expensive it is to be a parent in the US today. Rising costs of childcare, food and baby supplies, housing, and generally a lack of any real incentives to start families make the decision to have children an easy one to those who can't afford it.
@RandPaul We've seen this coming for a while now. The current administration talks a lot about controlling spending but takes action that work towards the opposite. We appreciate Senator Paul being so vocal about this as we hit this unfortunate milestone, its time to turn this around.
@TuckerCarlson With how expensive being a parent has become, none of this surprises us. Its great to be having these conversations because it feels like politicians struggle to identify solutions to what feels like a pretty straightforward problem.
@EricLDaugh Don't think that this is a break for Trump, he's got plenty of work to do on that flight and once he touches down in FL. His supporters want to see him follow-through on his promises - there's always work to be done to get there.
@RapidResponse47@POTUS@CENTCOM They've been trying to strike a deal throughout this conflict. The breakdowns continue to stem from an inability to find common ground during those negotiations - of course the President isn't going to say we want to "blast the hell out of them".
@libsoftiktok How long is this conversation going to continue living on? At this point its clear that Democrats are pushing this issue simply to buy the votes they need in the midterms. Instead of fixing any of the bad policies they implement, they'll just throw taxpayer $ at the problem.
@EricLDaugh And here come the lawsuits from Democrats complaining that they can't continue to do their own gerrymandering. The Supreme Court just made their ruling - FL is just following that decision. Forward your complaints to the courts. 🤣
@nicksortor That's a pretty fresh take from Walz but when your back is in a corner and people are scrutinizing all the fraud you've let run rampant in your state, we can see how he might grasp for any credit he can steal to mend his broken image.
@nicksortor Sure but what about the war in Iran? Knowing how these "releases" from the government typically go there won't be anything interesting to read anyways. 🤷
@libsoftiktok Nothing wrong with people self-selecting themselves for termination. Social media has many downsides but it does serve as a reliable resource for ensuring people like this don't have any influence in our society. We're happy to hear the school district did the right thing.

@BreitbartNews Maybe, just maybe, all those "free programs" Mamdani keeps bragging about are fiscally irresponsible? Classic socialist politician - make a bunch of terrible financial decisions to get the votes then ask for help when going over the numbers. Absolutely no foresight whatsoever.
@Breaking911 Because obviously a "teen takeover" means they were all there to be upstanding citizens of the community? Parents complaining about their kids suffering consequences for their actions while they do nothing to teach them right from wrong is a joke. Maybe they get arrested too?
@EricLDaugh Hate Kimmel all you want but leave the first amendment alone. The FCC getting all worked up over jokes from a loser late-night host and reacting like this is pathetic and just shows that Carr is a weak leader being led around on a leash. Focus on the things that actually matter.
