BREAKING: High Court of Northern Ireland disapplies the Illegal Migration Act 2023 in respect of NI due to Article 2 of the Protocol saying “EU law is supreme…in NI”.

Despite the false claims (expressly set out in the command paper) of the Donaldson Deal (endorsed by DUP) & the Gov, the Protocol **does** apply to immigration.

The Irish Sea border for the movement of people is confirmed, with the Protocol further driving NI apart from the rest of the UK.

Judgement further effectively prevents Rwanda scheme from operating in NI.
