Spent 4+ hours on hold with @CelebrityCruise tonight to have you fix a major billing mistake you made. I was hung up on after speaking to a rep, then finally gave up the second time. What do I need to do to get this addressed?

Hey @TCFBank I know that you will cease to exist soon, but I have 3 pending debit card transactions from 3 days ago that show as $0 even though it's $350+. Maybe this type of incompetence is why you're being bought instead of buying. You're really bad at your job.

@TCFCares Search results for posted transactions are haphazard, at best. In addition, "view images" function for mobile deposits shows 2 images,1 internal document and 1 blank image. How exactly is this helpful?After the merger with Chem Bank, will your systems be less shit?
