Last night my neighbors were partying and blasting music until like 2 am, and it caused a somewhat tense argument between me and my wife about whether or not Linkin Park sucks.
Seriously though roofers die on the job at 4 times the rate of cops. And cops mostly die from traffic accidents because they all drive like assholes, and these days from COVID.
@jimmyjohns your geolocation for downtown Raleigh has been wrong for months since a location closed. Please ping your backed team to update their GIS mapping
Thank you @GOPLeader McCarthy for publicly confirming your desire to reward neo-nazi members of Congress who incite violence against women under GOP leadership!
I appreciate your clarity.
And predictability.
Thank you for no longer pretending to distance your caucus from this 🚮
Remember: @laurenboebert is the least-educated member of the House & has been arrested more times than all the members of “The Squad”combined.
More than ALL Black housemembers combined. But here is the best fun fact:

Our prisons are full of people who deserved the sympathy that Rittenhouse got – like Reginald Randolph, a homeless man who spent three years in jail for stealing cold medicine.
But the people cheering don't care about him. They just want a win in their meaningless culture war.
The micro-specifics of Rittenhouse's case don't matter. What matters is that the system felt it had to go through them with such detail and care. Has it ever extended that leeway to the millions of people who carried some drugs, or shoplifted, or violated their parole?
Freedom of speech, from what I gather, is when billionaires own the newspapers, television stations, and social media sites, and they get to unilaterally control what is said on their platforms, with zero accountability to the public.
What's amazing about the Democrats, and American democracy in general, is that even if like 80% of the actual population supports a progressive bill, it somehow magically becomes impossible to get done if it shifts power away from the ultra wealthy even in the slightest.
It would be hilarious if the people who say "do your own research about vaccines" actually meant it and were like, in their basements testing effects of various mRNA sequences on building antibodies.
But nah, it's just reading conspiracy theories on facebook posted in all caps.
the hardest moral test that anyone can face is when you see a golden retriever puppy and he is training to be a service dog, and he is being a good boy but you know you aren't supposed to pet him because he is on the job...
Capitalists are like "people won't want to work without the profit motive."
It's like, my dude, the people doing the work aren't the ones making the profit now??
Literally the funniest thing is landlords complaining that if we extend the eviction memorandum they might be forced to sell their extra houses that they use to extract money from people too poor to buy a single house themselves.
Okay fine. Good.
