Sage advice my 98 year old great grandmother imparted on her deathbed:
1) Always make time for your family.
2) When in doubt, be kind.
3) Be thankful for what you have.
4) emigrate asap babes

@TiernanDouieb Huge issues to tackle there RE: press accuracy/internet regulation etc.
All of those problems can be circumvented if you educate people properly, early, how to appropriately evaluate the veracity of the information they are provided with.
@TiernanDouieb Agree. The press is predominantly right wing, and it is responsible for this victory, undoubtedly. People believe what they're told, and the information the provided by the press is right skewed.
That's a deeper problem for the UK than Corbyn (and also part of Corbyn's problem).
@TiernanDouieb Interesting information on there, and I agree with your point. In the end, everyone is unfathomable, but to try to understand voters you need to make generalisations to some degree, and simplification is intrinsic to that process.
@chrisapplegate @TiernanDouieb We assume that people vote along logical, ideological lines based on the intricacies of the left and right divide.
Some people - I'd suggest lots of people - vote for their gut feeling about the person at the helm of the ship, regardless of the finer details of the ship itself.
@thoughtland@joycemcm I think it would be wise to exercise caution using this as a marker of rock solid independence support. It might be that people disliked Boris Johnson more than they like the idea of independence.
