From there, your exposure changes.

USDfr itself does not earn yield. The yield comes from the underlying loan book, where borrowers accrue cash and PIK interest over time.

As that interest is earned, it is reflected in the sUSDfr exchange rate, before the vault necessarily receives the cash.

That means your sUSDfr value depends on the actual performance of the credit underneath it.

Yield is variable. Fees apply. Credit losses can reduce value.
