@parcelforce had an item posted using ParcelForce 48 on the 24th August. As of today,7th September, this parcel has not arrived. No communication, unable to speak to anyone, it's a disgrace.
Btw, this is a 10kg box, about 1m in length and 0.5m high. How can this be lost???
@RoyalMailHelp can anyone help me find a large 10kg parcel posted on the 24th August? Seriously, service is abysmal. Have a case number and was told I'd receive an update - nothing. Don't have the time to sit on the phone for another 1 1/2hrs trying to speak to someone.
@RoyalMailHelp after not receiving my parcel I managed to get through to Alex at the helpline. I've been given a case reference number and as yet, still no parcel.
Item was posted on the 24th using ParcelForce tracked 48.

@afowler06@supreme_cbd Really is trial and error. Bought to help my Wife going through the Menopause. It hasn't helped her sleep - went from 3000mg to 6000mg oil but has helped her anxiety. Bought some more gummies too with the amazing 50% offer as I guess it's not bad having 1 out of 2 work!
