Pt2. @SouthwestAir didn’t confirm our rebooking until 11:30pm, flight 8862 landing in Denver 12:49 only now with a 29 hr layover. My son now has to miss school. Is this the best they can do? I know there are others impacted just as bad as us. Air travel is a serv industry. Fix it

Air travel is a service business. The public has options. We chose @SouthwestAir. Flight 750. My son and I, + many others like us spent 9 hrs at the airport chasing updates and misinformation thru app & text. Boarding plane. Deboarding the plane. No transparency? No vis. Part 1.
