@NewRezHQ First off, your customer service is terrible. During a time of crisis - how does Forbearance helpful, if you don’t have the money now - how will you after 90 days with no job.
@mtbarra I find it terribly sad you are doing nothing for your lease customers. @Lexus adjusted my payments w/ no question, and added to the back end. Pp will not forget how they were treated during these times. I will be going elsewhere.
@gmfinancial@harryfalber1 I can respond, the relief that all other car companies are doing for their customers. I have a Lexus, they add (3) months to the end of my lease. Took 10 minutes. #DontbuyChevy
