@Camisandro1@RNasso81064@cspan@SenSchumer Very true that the UN does not get to decide statehood, as the UN did actually approve statehood for both Palestinians and Israelis(Resolution 181). Jordan and Egypt did not honor the decision.
The UN is more about diplomacy, their resolutions are merely suggestions.
@Camisandro1@RNasso81064@cspan@SenSchumer The irony? Palestineโs only chance at statehood was through cooperation with Israel.
When the partition plan was ratified by the UN, Jordan and Egypt didnโt want a Palestinian state on their borders.
Jordan seized the West Bank and occupied it for 19 years, as did Egypt with Gaza
@latsondheimer CIF needs to release the actual Colley Rankings, or just admit that it is rigged.
The season preview says the rankings are transparent, but leaves out two key components that would prevent anyone from being able to calculate where a school will be placed.
Not the case in the past
@thewizeblkman@latsondheimer They can start by using a better rankings index than Colley, which was the worst of the six BCS computers. Itโs rankings for teams was often the highest or lowest among the six.
Massey Ratings would be far better, provided Massey removes the previous season as a starting point.
@SFVHoopsTalkSGV I would double the number of at-large bids in D1- D9, and have them play Tuesday to make it to Wednesday. The highest seeded at-large would play the lowest seeded.
Also Iโd allow a division to start with an at-large team, since CIF decides the size of Open arbitrarily.
@pollonpreps@CIFSS There isnโt any transparency, CIF only gives a partial formula without telling us the victory margin cap, or how much a blowout win increases your rating compared to a close game.
Do the coaches on the advisory board even know? If not, this could be rigged.
@SFVHoopsTalkSGV Luckily (for Division 2 Regional teams), the State seeding committee would put Inglewood in D1, even if Inglewood ended up in D3(2-AA) for Southern Section.
Last year, some 2-AA teams ended up in D1 for Regionals. Inglewood may not have a strong enough league to make the top 40.
@pollonpreps Seems more balanced now, and with at large spots being a huge question mark under the new system, the leagues want to make sure their best teams have a shot at an automatic playoff bid.
@NBA2K_MyTEAM Anyone else not get the Paolo Banchero card? I updated my game before opening the pack, but it appeared as a blank card, and never was added to my collection.
Hope 2K adds a locker code for another one
@faygoryangaming@jehantk @NBA2K_MyTEAM It illustrates how disposable the game and its content are if your collection has an expiration date.
Eventually when you aren't able to keep up with younger gamers (2K30?), or the rewards in future games dry up for NMS players, you will decide it isn't worth the effort each year
@faygoryangaming@jehantk @NBA2K_MyTEAM There's no reason 2K can't allow you to save your cards offline once the server is permanently disabled. Of course, they want you to spend more money. They know the slight tweaks to the gameplay aren't enough to get everyone to buy the yearly update.
@YassoLegend@KingFabu25 @NBA2K_MyTEAM 7% means one in 14, that is the average over a large sample size, however. It doesn't guarantee one every 14 packs, of course
