For more than a year, Russia has kept its tanks off the roads of eastern Ukraine. Tiny drones kill armor faster than the factories can rebuild it, so Russian troops attacked on foot instead.

This week they brought the tanks back. A column rolled toward Kramatorsk near the village of Pankivka—stripped of the welded cages Russian crews bolt onto everything, carrying a brand-new shield instead. The Arena-M is supposed to shoot drones out of the air.

Today, Ukraine's Defense Forces struck one of the key military enterprises in Russia's Kirov. It supplies components for the occupier's aircraft and missile systems, which are used, in particular, in the massive attacks against our cities and communities. I thank our warriors for their precision. Our response is entirely justified.

Our long-range sanctions also proved effective against an oil facility nearly 1,350 kilometers away. There were other successful strikes as well.
