@British_Airways The AI not generated reply is insulting. 13 weeks is unacceptable. Itβs clear BA gives bare minimum priority to resolve complaints. @UK_CAA are you seeing 13weeks plus to acknowledge a complaint as acceptable?
@British_Airways 13weeks and counting since I raised my case. No acknowledgement of any sort. What a shambles @British_Airways has become - profits and shareholder value seems to be its ONLY concern.
@British_Airways *Update* @British_Airways has done nothing, still no reply after 8weeks. Thankfully @skyteam have offered a gold status match so why bother with BA anymore.
@British_Airways Still waiting on a reply to my open complaint. 4hrs delay in the US and poor experience on the returning flight. To add to that, I didnβt even receive tier points. How long does it currently take to respond to a complaint/case on average??
@FedExEurope@FedExHelpEU Critical shipment for our business. Sat at Stanstead for almost three weeks with different excuses each time. Shipment must be delivered this week, or a $6.5m usd project is at risk. I will travel to fedex Stanstead tomorrow if we have no resolution. URGENT
@British_Airways I logged a complain at the beginning of August - mid October and no resolution and no customer service to talk too. Why should anyone use this airline? Any chance anyone there cares about anything other than money?
